SlatePlate™ is covered by a limited warranty. Two documents govern, depending on who purchased the product — read the one that applies to you below, and register your installation to put your dates and ownership on file.
Register your SlatePlate installation
Registration is not required for coverage — but it records your installation date and ownership, fixes the start of your warranty period, and makes any future claim or ownership change easier. It takes about two minutes.

Solar Slate Solutions Limited Consumer Warranty
For homeowners & residential property owners
This is the warranty that applies to you if SlatePlate was installed at your residence.
This Limited Consumer Warranty is given by Solar Slate Solutions, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, with a place of business at 77 Alexander Road, Suite 14, Billerica, MA 01821 (hereinafter “SSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Limited Consumer Warranty is effective as of July 10, 2026.
SSS represents and warrants that it is a corporation duly incorporated, duly organized, validly existing, and in good standing under the laws of the state of Massachusetts and is authorized to do business in each jurisdiction in which it owns property or conducts its business.
1. Definitions
- “Product” means only the following items manufactured and sold by SSS: (a) the SlatePlate mounting hardware, including the bolts, washers, and spacers used to attach the solar mounting to the structural members of the roof; and (b) the SlatePlate flashing. The Product does NOT include sealant, adhesives, rails, racking, clamps, solar modules (panels), inverters, wiring, the roof, the slate or other roof covering, or any other item, whether or not SSS provides documentation referencing those items.
- “You,” “Owner,” or “Purchaser” means the homeowner who originally purchased the Product for installation at a residence, and any later owner of the residence to whom this Limited Consumer Warranty has been transferred under Section 2.
- “Installer” means the solar installer, roofer, contractor, or dealer who sold and/or installed the Product and the surrounding solar array. The Installer may or may not be SSS.
- “SSS-Performed Installation” means an installation of the Product physically performed by SSS’s own crews. Where SSS performs the installation, SSS’s installation workmanship is addressed by a separate SSS Installation Warranty. This Limited Consumer Warranty covers the Product itself, not installation labor.
- “Consumer Warranty Period” has the meaning as defined in Section 4.
2. Coverage and Assignment
We warrant that, during the Consumer Warranty Period, the Product will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing that materially impair the use of the Product for its intended purpose of mounting a solar array to a slate (or comparable) roof.
This Limited Consumer Warranty extends to the original Owner and to any later owner of the same residence, provided the Product remains installed at its original location and has not otherwise been modified, repaired, or tampered with, whether by the owner or another third party. To make transfers easy and to avoid losing coverage when a home is sold, SSS maintains a Limited Consumer Warranty registration process as described in Section 10.
A later owner may continue this Limited Consumer Warranty only by notifying SSS of the change of ownership through the registration or the contact channel outlined in Sections 9 and 10. A registration record on file with SSS satisfies any proof-of-purchase requirement; a later owner is not required to produce the original installer’s paperwork, and no separate signed agreement is required to keep coverage in force. TRANSFER DOES NOT RESTART OR EXTEND THE CONSUMER WARRANTY PERIOD.
THE LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY REFERRED TO IN THIS SECTION IS THE ONLY LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT SSS MAKES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS. SSS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
3. What is NOT covered
This Limited Consumer Warranty does not cover, and SSS is not responsible for:
- Leaks, water intrusion, or weathertightness. This is a parts Limited Consumer Warranty for the mounting hardware and flashing. It does not warrant that your roof is or will remain watertight. Sealant and the watertight integrity of every roof penetration are solely the Installer’s responsibility.
- Installation, labor, and roof-access costs. This shall include removing or reinstalling the array, panels, rails, slate, or roofing, and any costs of diagnosing or accessing a defect.
- Sealant, rails, racking, clamps, panels, inverters, wiring, the roof, the slate/roof covering, and any other third-party or non-SSS product or material. These materials are not covered by SSS, even if used with the Product or referenced in SSS documentation. Where a problem arises between the Product and a third-party item, this Limited Consumer Warranty covers only a proven defect in the Product.
- Normal wear and cosmetic conditions. This shall include discoloration, rust, corrosion, or staining of plated steel, aluminum, or plastic, provided it does not materially impair the Product’s structural function.
- Damage from negligence, accident, misuse, overloading, abuse, or improper installation. This includes failure to follow SSS’s published installation instructions, or failure to comply with applicable law, including local building codes.
- Force majeure. Damage from acts of God, weather events, fire, war, criminal acts, explosion, vandalism, or other events beyond SSS’s reasonable control.
- Modifications after initial installation. Product that has been altered, modified, or repaired without SSS’s prior written authorization.
- Product installed or used on a roof or structure that does not meet SSS’s published written specifications for the Product. Suitability is measured against SSS’s published specification and inspection criteria in effect at the time of sale.
- Any condition that does not materially impair the Product’s intended structural function, including non-structural accessories.
- Nothing in this Section is intended to limit personal injury, gross negligence, and willful misconduct claims or your Massachusetts rights in Section 2.
Purchaser must report any suspected defect in writing within 15 days after delivery or tender of the Product if the defect is reasonably discoverable upon inspection, or within a reasonable time after discovery if the defect is not reasonably discoverable upon inspection, and in any event within the Consumer Warranty Period. Late notice will reduce or excuse SSS’s obligation to the extent SSS is prejudiced by the delay.
4. Consumer Warranty Period
The Consumer Warranty Period is twenty-five (25) years, beginning on the date the Product is installed at your residence (the “in-service date”), as shown by your registration or installation records. If no installation date is on record with SSS, the Consumer Warranty Period begins ninety (90) days after SSS’s date of shipment. Registering your installation fixes the start date.
SSS may change the future availability of this Limited Consumer Warranty program at its discretion, but no change will be retroactive or affect a Product already sold under this Limited Consumer Warranty.
5. Remedies
If the Product is defective within the Consumer Warranty Period, SSS will, at its option, do one of the following: (a) repair the Product or defective part; (b) provide a replacement part (a refurbished part of equal function may be used); or (c) refund the purchase price paid for the defective Product. However, SSS will only provide a refund if it is unable to provide a replacement for the Product and SSS determines that repair of the Product is not commercially practicable or cannot be accomplished within the time for performance. Any repaired or replaced Product shall also remain subject to the original Consumer Warranty Period, and ANY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WILL NOT EXTEND THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER WARRANTY PERIOD OR START A NEW CONSUMER WARRANTY PERIOD. SSS shall exercise this choice reasonably and in good faith.
Except where SSS performed the installation, this Limited Consumer Warranty covers the Product only. The costs of roof access, scaffolding, removing and reinstalling panels, rails, or slate, skilled roofing labor, and any related repairs are not included in the remedy and are generally the responsibility of you and/or your Installer. On a slate roof these labor and access costs can substantially exceed the cost of the part itself.
6. SSS-Performed Installations
Where SSS itself performed the installation of the Product, SSS’s installation workmanship is covered under a separate SSS Installation Workmanship Warranty, which is provided to you with your installation paperwork and is incorporated here by reference. In that case, the labor to remove and reinstall the Product to remedy a defect covered by that separate Warranty is handled under its terms.
Where the Product was installed by a third-party Installer, installation workmanship, including labor, roof access, and watertightness, is the Installer’s responsibility under the Installer’s own Consumer Warranty, not SSS’s.
7. No Guarantee
THIS LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY DOES NOT GUARANTEE A WATERTIGHT ROOF AND DOES NOT COVER LEAKS, WATER INTRUSION, OR RESULTING DAMAGE. WEATHERPROOFING A SOLAR INSTALLATION DEPENDS ON SEALANT AND ON CORRECT INSTALLATION AT EACH ROOF PENETRATION. THE SEALANT AND THE WATERTIGHT INTEGRITY OF THE INSTALLATION ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR INSTALLER, UNDER THE INSTALLER’S ROOFING/WORKMANSHIP CONSUMER WARRANTY AND THE WRITTEN PROPOSAL YOU RECEIVED. IF YOU EXPERIENCE A LEAK, CONTACT YOUR INSTALLER. SSS’S ONLY OBLIGATION IS FOR A PROVEN DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in the carve-outs below, the remedies in Section 5 are your sole remedies for a defective Product. SSS’s total liability for a Product will not exceed the amount paid for that Product and SSS will not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. SSS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These limitations do NOT apply to, and SSS does not attempt to limit, the following:
Personal injury (bodily injury or death) caused by the Product or by SSS’s own work.
SSS’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9. How to obtain Limited Consumer Warranty service
To report a defect or request service during the Consumer Warranty Period: (1) call SSS at (781) 838-0789, or contact us at https://www.SolarOnSlate.com/contact-us ; (2) tell us the Owner’s name, the installation address, and the approximate installation date; and (3) describe the issue. We may ask you to provide information reasonably available to you, including photographs or video of the condition, and reasonable access so we can assess the claim.
Photos, video, and access you provide will be used only to evaluate and service your Limited Consumer Warranty claim, and will be handled in accordance with SSS’s privacy practices. We will request only what is reasonably necessary.
SSS bears its own cost of assessing a claim. SSS will not charge you an assessment or inspection fee, except where a claim was submitted in bad faith.
10. Limited Consumer Warranty registration
SSS offers Limited Consumer Warranty registration at https://SolarOnSlate.com/warranty/register/ or by calling (781) 838-0789. Registration is not required for coverage, but it records your installation date and ownership, fixes the start of the Consumer Warranty Period and makes transfer at resale automatic.
11. Governing law; dispute resolution
This Limited Consumer Warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Before filing a lawsuit under this Limited Consumer Warranty, you must first submit your claim to SSS’s informal dispute settlement mechanism, administered by [INSERT administrator or process/email], at no cost to you, which will issue a decision within 40 days. Nothing in this Limited Consumer Warranty limits your right to a jury trial, to bring or participate in a class or collective action, or to recover attorney’s fees and costs where applicable law provides for it.
12. Severability
If any provision of this Limited Consumer Warranty is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent to the fullest extent possible. If such modification is not possible, the provision will be severed, and the remainder of this Limited Consumer Warranty will be construed as if the severed provision had never been included.
13. Entire agreement
This document, together with your written proposal and any separate SSS Installation Workmanship Warranty, is the entire warranty SSS gives for the Product. Statements by salespeople or marketing materials are not part of this Limited Consumer Warranty and do not change it. Changes may only be made upon a writing signed by an authorized SSS officer.
14. Pre-sale availability
This Limited Consumer Warranty is available for review before purchase on request and at https://SolarOnSlate.com/warranty/.
Solar Slate Solutions Limited Commercial Warranty
For dealers, distributors, installers & contractors — NOT a consumer warranty
This document applies only to trade purchasers. If you are a residential homeowner, the Limited Consumer Warranty above is the document that applies to your purchase.
This Limited Commercial Warranty is given by Solar Slate Solutions, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, with a place of business at 77 Alexander Road, Suite 14 Billerica, MA 01821 (hereinafter “SSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Limited Commercial Warranty is effective as of [Month Day, Year].
SSS represents and warrants that it is a limited liability company duly organized, validly existing, and in good standing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is authorized to do business in each jurisdiction in which it owns property or conducts its business.
This Limited Commercial Warranty applies only to dealers, distributors, installers, and contractors who purchase the Product, as defined below in Section 1, for commercial resale or installation (“Purchaser”). This Limited Commercial Warranty is not a Consumer Limited Warranty and is not to be provided to, or relied upon by, residential homeowners.
A Purchaser that resells or installs the Product for a residential homeowner end-user must instead provide that homeowner with SSS’s separate Consumer (Homeowner) Warranty and must not represent the terms of this Limited Commercial Warranty to the homeowner as governing their purchase.
- “You,” “Purchaser,” or “Contractor” means the commercial party, including, dealer, distributor, installer, or contractor that originally purchased the Product from SSS, and any permitted assignee to whom this Limited Commercial Warranty has been transferred under Section 5.
- “Homeowner” or “End User” means a residential owner for whom a Purchaser installs the Product. This Limited Commercial Warranty does not run to Homeowners.
- “SSS-Performed Installation” means an installation of the Product physically performed by SSS’s own crews. Where SSS performs the installation, SSS’s installation workmanship is addressed by a separate SSS Installation Workmanship Warranty. This Limited Commercial Warranty covers the Product itself, not installation labor.
- “Commercial Warranty Period” has the meaning defined in Section 4.
2. What is Covered
We warrant that, during the Commercial Warranty Period, the Product will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship that materially impair the use of the Product for its intended purpose of mounting a solar array to a slate (or comparable) roof. “Manufacturing workmanship” means a defect in how SSS manufactured the Product.
This Limited Commercial Warranty extends to the original Purchaser and to any permitted assignee under Section 5, provided the Product remains installed at its original location and has not otherwise been modified, repaired, or tampered with. SSS maintains a Limited Commercial Warranty registration process, described in Section 13, to record installation date and ownership and to support assignment.
An assignee may continue this Limited Commercial Warranty only by notifying SSS of the assignment through the registration or the contact channel outlined in Section 11. A registration record on file with SSS satisfies any proof-of-purchase requirement. ASSIGNMENT DOES NOT RESTART OR EXTEND THE LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY PERIOD.
THE LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY REFERRED TO IN THIS SECTION IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT SSS MAKES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. SSS SELLS THE PRODUCT ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY COMMERCIAL WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.
3. What is NOT Covered
This Limited Commercial Warranty does not cover, and SSS is not responsible for:
- Leaks, water intrusion, or weathertightness. This is a parts warranty for the mounting hardware and flashing. It does not warrant that a roof is or will remain watertight. Sealant and the watertight integrity of every roof penetration are solely the installing party’s responsibility.
- Installation, labor, transportation, and roof-access costs. This includes removing or reinstalling the array, panels, rails, slate, or roofing, and any costs of diagnosing or accessing a defect.
- Sealant, rails, racking, clamps, panels, inverters, wiring, the roof, the slate/roof covering, and any other third-party or non-SSS product or material. These materials are not covered by SSS, even if used with the Product or referenced in SSS documentation. Where a problem arises between the Product and a third-party item, this Limited Commercial Warranty covers only a proven defect in the Product.
- Normal wear and cosmetic conditions. This includes discoloration, rust, corrosion, or staining of plated steel, aluminum, or plastic, provided it does not materially impair the Product’s structural function.
- Damage from negligence, accident, misuse, overloading, abuse, or improper installation. This includes failure to follow SSS’s published installation instructions or specifications, or failure to comply with applicable law, including local building codes.
Suitability is measured against SSS’s published specification and inspection criteria in effect at the time of sale [https://solaronslate.com/].
- Damage to the Product occurring during shipment, storage, or installation, unless caused by an underlying manufacturing defect.
- Any condition that does not materially impair the Product’s intended structural function, including non-structural accessories.
Purchaser must report any suspected defect in writing within 15 days after delivery or tender of the Product if the defect is reasonably discoverable upon inspection, or within a reasonable time after discovery if the defect is not reasonably discoverable upon inspection, and in any event within the Commercial Warranty Period. Late notice will reduce or excuse SSS’s obligation to the extent SSS is prejudiced by the delay.
4. Commercial Warranty Period
The Commercial Warranty Period is twenty-five (25) years, beginning on the date of installation of the Product. SSS may change the future availability of this Limited Commercial Warranty program at its discretion, but no change will be retroactive or affect a Product already sold under this Limited Commercial Warranty.
5. Assignment
This Limited Commercial Warranty is assignable to a subsequent owner of the installation, provided the Product remains installed at its original location and SSS is notified of the assignment. A registration on file under Section 13 satisfies any proof-of-purchase requirement. ASSIGNMENT DOES NOT RESET OR EXTEND THE COMMERCIAL WARRANTY PERIOD, and the assignee is treated as the Purchaser for the remainder of the Commercial Warranty Period.
6. Remedies
If the Product is defective within the Limited Commercial Warranty Period, SSS will, at its option, do one of the following: (a) repair the Product or defective part; (b) provide a replacement part (a refurbished part of equal function may be used); or (c) refund the purchase price paid for the defective Product. SSS will only provide a refund if it is unable to provide a replacement and determines that repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be accomplished within a reasonable time. Any repaired or replaced Product remains subject to the original Commercial Warranty Period; repair or replacement does NOT extend or restart it. SSS shall exercise this choice reasonably and in good faith.
Transportation, installation, labor, roof-access, and any other costs or losses associated with a Limited Commercial Warranty claim or with repair or replacement are not covered and are not reimbursable, except where SSS has separately agreed in writing.
7. SSS-Performed Installations
Where SSS itself performed the installation of the Product, SSS’s installation workmanship is covered under a separate SSS Installation Workmanship Warranty [INSERT title/term], which is incorporated here by reference. In that case, labor to remove and reinstall the Product to remedy a defect covered by that separate Warranty is handled under its terms.
Where the Product was installed by Purchaser or another third party, installation workmanship, including labor, roof access, and watertightness, is that party’s responsibility, not SSS’s.
8. No Guarantee
THIS LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY DOES NOT GUARANTEE A WATERTIGHT ROOF AND DOES NOT COVER LEAKS, WATER INTRUSION, OR RESULTING DAMAGE. WEATHERPROOFING A SOLAR INSTALLATION DEPENDS ON SEALANT AND ON CORRECT INSTALLATION AT EACH ROOF PENETRATION. THE SEALANT AND THE WATERTIGHT INTEGRITY OF THE INSTALLATION ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSTALLING PARTY. SSS’S ONLY OBLIGATION IS FOR A PROVEN DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT.
9. Non-Defective Assessment
SSS bears its own cost of assessing a claim submitted in good faith with a reasonable basis. If SSS’s assessment determines the Product is not defective, SSS will notify Purchaser and, if Purchaser elects to have the Product returned, Purchaser will reimburse SSS’s reasonable assessment and return-shipping costs, not to exceed $[X] per unit. Repeated claims found not defective may be grounds for SSS to require pre-payment of assessment costs on future claims from that Purchaser.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in the exceptions below, the remedies in Section 6 are Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedies and SSS’s entire liability for any breach of this Limited Commercial Warranty. SSS’s total liability for a Product will not exceed the amount actually paid for that Product, and SSS will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether direct or indirect, including claims by Purchaser for damages suffered by Purchaser’s customers or claims of third parties. SSS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These limitations do NOT apply to, and SSS does not attempt to limit:
Personal injury (bodily injury or death) caused by the Product or by SSS’s own work, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
SSS’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
As between SSS and a Purchaser that is a commercial organization, the parties may otherwise allocate risk of loss as set forth in this Limited Commercial Warranty to the extent permitted by law.
11. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To report a defect or request service during the Commercial Warranty Period: (1) call SSS at (781) 838-0789, or contact us at https://www.SolarOnSlate.com/contact-us; (2) provide Purchaser’s name, the installation address, and the approximate installation date; and (3) describe the issue. SSS may ask Purchaser to provide information reasonably available to it, including photographs or video of the condition, and reasonable access to the site so SSS can assess the claim.
Photos, video, and access provided will be used only to evaluate and service the Limited Commercial Warranty claim, and will be handled in accordance with SSS’s privacy practices. SSS will request only what is reasonably necessary.
12. Pass-Through Requirement for Residential Work
Where Purchaser installs the Product at a residence, Purchaser must provide the homeowner with SSS’s Consumer Limited Warranty and must not represent this document’s terms as governing the homeowner’s coverage. Purchaser shall retain, for so long as any Limited Commercial Warranty claim could be made with respect to the installation, written or electronic evidence that the Consumer Limited Warranty was delivered to the homeowner (e.g., a signed acknowledgment, delivery receipt, or equivalent record), and shall furnish such evidence to SSS promptly upon request in connection with any Limited Commercial Warranty claim.
If Purchaser fails to provide the homeowner with the Consumer Limited Warranty as required above, or fails to produce evidence of such delivery upon request, (a) Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted, as between Purchaser and SSS, sole responsibility for any Limited Commercial Warranty , service, repair, replacement, or other obligation that the homeowner asserts or that would otherwise have been governed by the Consumer Limited Warranty, and (b) Purchaser shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSS from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) Purchaser’s failure to deliver the Consumer Limited Warranty , (ii) any representation by Purchaser that this Limited Commercial Warranty governs the homeowner’s coverage, or (iii) any claim brought by a homeowner or other end user premised on this Limited Commercial Warranty ‘s terms.
This Limited Commercial Warranty does not create any obligation running from SSS to a homeowner or other end user who is not a party to it, and nothing in this Section shall be construed to expand SSS’s obligations to any homeowner beyond those set forth in the Consumer Limited Warranty actually delivered.
13. Limited Commercial Warranty Registration
SSS offers Limited Commercial Warranty registration at https://SolarOnSlate.com/warranty/register/ or by calling (781) 838-0789. Registration is not required for coverage, but it records the installation date and ownership, fixes the start of the Commercial Warranty Period, and supports assignment under Section 5.
14. Governing Law; Venue
This Limited Commercial Warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens in those courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Limited Commercial Warranty is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent to the fullest extent possible. If such modification is not possible, the provision will be severed, and the remainder of this Limited Commercial Warranty will be construed as if the severed provision had never been included.
16. Entire Agreement
This document, together with any separate written agreement between SSS and Purchaser (including any signed dealer or supply agreement) and any separate SSS Installation Workmanship Warranty, is the entire warranty SSS gives for the Product. If a signed dealer or supply agreement between SSS and Purchaser conflicts with this Limited Commercial Warranty, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict. Statements by salespeople or marketing materials are not part of this Limited Commercial Warranty and do not change it. Changes may only be made upon a writing signed by an authorized SSS officer.
17. Pre-Sale Availability
This Limited Commercial Warranty is available for review before purchase on request and at https://SolarOnSlate.com/warranty/.
